Wow! Money from free stuff, that's really great.
Congrats.

I have been reading that quilts are a BOLO item. I have sold chenille bedspreads both in fat quarters and in whole, but they seem to be a slower seller.
How are they doing for you?

I have only had the one quilt that sold well and I didn't think it would sell that well after researching completed sales. My cocktail glasses have been my consistent good sales for any one type of item this season. I can buy they cheap .25 - 1.00 and average sale is $5 each for the good vintage ones.

I sell my quilts in the b&m antique mall. They are a consistent seller for me. I've never tried to sell one on eBay.

So ... the antique mall idea is the key to certain items. I think I will do more research on what sells in shops and malls.

I'm still doing lousy on Ebay. But, I did have a great sale earlier today. I was setting up for the local monthly antique show (which is tomorrow) and another dealer bought a set of glasses from me for $60. She was happy and I was thrilled, because I bought the set for $1.00 at a yard sale. ;D
I'm going to start some auctions tomorrow evening and see if I can't "kickstart" my Ebay sales. Wish me luck.
